sparking inner peace

For this project, I was tasked with creating the logo for Jupiter Meditation, a mindfulness and wellbeing practice based in Missouri. The client wanted to create a symbol that hinted at the guiding principles behind her own mindfulness practice: warmth, joy, and wisdom. We made a mark of a lotus with a candle inside to nod at everyone’s internal abilities to achieve stillness and calm, and we selected a classy sans serif font to pair it with. Creating two different mark and text combinations for the logo, one with the mark to the left and another with it inside a circular type lockup, allowed the client some flexibility with its applications.
