About

Hey! I’m Giovanna, and I’m a Mexican-American graphic designer based in Houston. Before studying graphic design in 2018 at Shillington in New York, I studied Cognitive Science (with a concentration in Neuroscience) at University of Pennsylvania and worked in community relations at a charter school in Brooklyn.

After spending seven years on the East Coast and working at an agency in Manhattan, I came back home to Houston and started Kindred Spirits Design Co. in order to work on branding projects with small businesses and entrepreneurs.

My clients like that I'm communicative, responsive, and professional! When I’m not designing, you can probably find me antiquing, growing native plants in my yard, or trying to identify what kind of bird is singing outside my window.

My resume can be viewed here — please download for optimal viewing experience! :-)
