a night for local bands

For this exciting assignment, I was asked to create a flyer for digital and print to promote Paper Gliders’ show with Via Linda and DAZE at the iconic White Oak Music Hall. Since the band told me I could take creative liberties, I really wanted to use a gradient-mapped hero image and a bold serif font to convey the cool, artistic energies of all of the bands playing that night. With the band’s hard work of posting up flyers around the city, handing flyers out in person, and sharing the iconic “trippy moth” all over social media, it’s no wonder that the upstairs room at White Oak was packed to the gills that night.
