I was given the awesome opportunity to craft a logo for The Lady Box, a jewelry brand for entrepreneurial women started by none other than Diamond Jack from the cast of Netflix’s Love is Blind! As a jewelry brand aiming to empower and inspire women who hustle, we wanted the visuals to feel elegant, sophisticated, and feminine. With a dynamic script font and an elegantly simple mark that hints at a cross between a tulip and a pearl emerging from an oyster (two naturally occurring feminine objects), the result is a luxe, elevated logo that communicates the beauty of women knowing their worth, and adding tax.

I was also Diamond’s web designer for this project. Working on this brief taught me a lot about how to optimize our chosen Shopify template for the look and feel that the client wanted - specifically changing the preset fonts and colors in a way that worked best for this fun and stylish brand. I also learned a lot about the back end of Shopify and how to best sort products for an optimal user experience, whether it’s on desktop for a lady on lunch, or on mobile for a girl on the go.
